New Delhi [India]: At a time when the entire country is reeling under the grip of the Covid-19 crisis, Delhi’s Vaibhav Mishra has been earning praise from across the country after he upped the ante in the war against pandemic with his noble initiative ‘Sarkarihelpline.com’.

Sarkarihelpline.com is a bilingual, Hindi and English, user-friendly e-directory website that stores Government Telephone E-Directory, Covid-related information and has a helpline center as well in the country. The platform has started a special “Covid Care” section where one can share their doctor’s article, stories, videos, and experiences related to Covid-19.

Vaibhav said “When my covid report turned out to be positive, I opted for home isolation for better treatment. However, gradually my health deteriorated and despite all efforts I did, I had to run from pillar to post in search of oxygen cylinders and ICU beds. Finally, one of my friends managed to get me an oxygen cylinder that resulted in improvement to his health.” He continued “It was when I realized that at these trying times, there are many people across the country who are looking for a helping hand. People were clueless about the availability of the oxygen cylinders, medicines, and ICU beds. In such a situation, I wanted to give them a ray of hope. I cannot decide someone’s fate but can reduce their emotional and mental strains.”

Vaibhav started collecting all the information related to the government departments, public representatives, media, hospitals, availability of ICU beds, oxygen cylinders, medicines, and RT-PCR test labs of various states in the country, despite him being suffering from the same disease.

He shared all that information on his website Sarkarihelpline.com. But, through the Sarkarihelpline, the families can get help. There are times when people face difficulty in procuring honest information from the internet due to various issues.
