Soft Skill Technology (SST) Is Helping Startups Build Scalable MVPs Faster

In today’s startup ecosystem, speed of execution has become one of the most critical factors for success. Many early-stage founders struggle to convert ideas into working products while maintaining scalability and long-term vision. Soft Skill Technology (SST), a Nagpur-based venture technology partner, is working to bridge this gap by helping startups build MVPs and scalable digital systems efficiently.

Founded by Ritesh Selote, SST focuses on translating business ideas into structured, market-ready solutions across web, mobile, AI/ML, and cloud platforms. Rather than operating as a traditional service provider, the company positions itself as a long-term technology partner that aligns closely with business goals and growth strategy.

Before founding SST, Ritesh Selote operated within fast-paced startup environments led by leadership teams with backgrounds in Fortune 500 organizations such as Mastercard, IBM, Intel, McKinsey & Company, and eBay. Through these environments, he gained exposure to enterprise-level thinking, strategic decision-making, and solution architecture across complex business engagements. His involvement also extended to ecosystems connected with organizations such as Swiggy, Aditya Birla Group, Johnson & Johnson, Vodafone, and H&R Block.

A key highlight of his journey includes leading the design, development, and management of a Public Grievance Platform aimed at improving citizen services and coordination across municipal, police, traffic and other governmentdepartments in Nagpur. The initiative aligned with governance efforts during the tenure of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis.

With a growing focus on MVP development, product engineering, and scalable system design, SST continues to support startups and organizations navigating modern digital transformation challenges.
