Redefining Financial Offshoring: Maninder Singh Hira on BINDZ Consulting’s Tech-Led Transformation Strategy

Financial Offshoring, Maninder Singh Hira, BINDZ Consulting,

In an exclusive interview, Maninder Singh Hira, Chief Corporate Officer of BINDZ Consulting, delves into the firm’s disruptive vision for the future of financial consulting. With a sharp focus on innovation, technology, and talent, BINDZ is reimagining offshoring through a next-gen Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model that places agility, scalability, and deep domain expertise at the forefront.

From embedding AI into core operations to launching new service lines and expanding globally, Hira shares how BINDZ is charting a bold path for CFOs and finance leaders worldwide—delivering smarter, leaner, and insight-driven solutions built for tomorrow.

1. What is BINDZ Consulting’s vision for the future of financial consulting, and how do you plan to achieve it?

At BINDZ, our vision is to redefine the future of Offshoring with our unique offshore delivery model,by combining deep domain expertise with emerging technologies and a uniquely Indian talent advantage. We aim to lead the global transformation of business functions by building agile, tech-powered, and insight-led consulting models that go beyond traditional outsourcing.

Our Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model has emerged as a powerful alternative to conventional GCCs, enabling global clients to operate leaner, smarter, and faster. Through this model, we co-create delivery excellence with our clients— setting up infrastructure, establishing tools and processes, hire-train-grow the talent, setup governance and control protocols, operationalise the entire business and eventually handing over fully functional teams. Under the SAPRO LLC umbrella, we are scaling this model across multiple geographies.

2. How is BINDZ Consulting leveraging emerging technologies to enhance its consulting solutions?

Technology is central to everything we do. We have embedded AI, automation, and data analytics into our service delivery to improve accuracy, reduce turnaround times, and unlock deeper insights for clients. From risk assessments to tax reconciliation and investment dashboards, our solutions are designed to be both intelligent and intuitive.

Our internal programs focus on upskilling our workforce in AI tools, advanced Excel, workflow automation, and digital finance platforms—ensuring our consultants are future-ready and can support clients on complex mandates in real time.

3. What innovative strategies or tools are you implementing to stay ahead of industry trends and meet evolving client needs?

Innovation at BINDZ is focused on long-term sustainability. We have reimagined the traditional GCC (Global Capability Center) model with our GCC-as-a-Service (GCCaaS) platform. This solution allows clients to set up their India operations without initial capital or operational burdens—while still having full control in the long term.

We’ve also built strong internal upskilling programs that integrate domain training with automation and AI. This ensures our consultants are not only technically proficient but also future-ready, capable of adapting to new tools, regulations, and client expectations.

4. Can you share any upcoming initiatives or projects BINDZ Consulting is working on to drive innovation?

In FY 2025–26, we are expanding into Valuation Advisory, Client Accounting Services (CAS), and ESG consulting, alongside enhancing our audit and risk advisory practices. We are also launching new delivery hubs in Hyderabad and Bangalore, with further international expansions in the pipeline.

We’re integrating AI-powered tools across our finance transformation and compliance services to help clients achieve real-time financial visibility and risk mitigation. These projects are aimed at building sustainable, scalable, and tech-integrated consulting functions for our partners.

5. How do you foresee the financial consulting industry changing over the next decade, and how is BINDZ Consulting preparing for those changes?

The next decade will witness a massive shift toward digitally native, outcome-focused consulting, driven by automation, real-time reporting, ESG compliance, and cross-border complexity. Clients will expect more than cost efficiency—they’ll look for strategic insights, speed, and scalability.

BINDZ is preparing for this by building a workforce of the future, one that is digitally fluent, globally aware, and deeply collaborative. We are also creating a BOT model playbook to help clients replicate success across multiple functions and regions.

Our goal is to be the go-to partner for CFOs and finance leaders navigating transformation—empowering them with the tools, talent, and frameworks needed to thrive in tomorrow’s economy.
