Pillars of Maharastra Awards 2022 was organized by Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association and Red Ant, the said felicitation was given to those entrepreneurs and Individuals who have made Maharashtra Proud by excelling in their respective fields by honorable MP Shri Gopal Shetty and Speaker of Maharashtra legislative assembly Shri Rahul Narvekar in which
Director and writer Samar K Mukherjee received the award for “Best Filmmaking Influencer and Author” for giving free filmmaking information to people through his YouTube channel and making them aware of this direction.
Talking to reporters, Mr Samar Mukherjee said that he shares technical knowledge of filmmaking with his audience in the form of videos along with the shooting of his production house. Millions of new filmmakers in the country and abroad benefit from his videos related to cinematography, direction, screenwriting, and editing. According to Samar, the videos of his YouTube channel “Digifilming” have got millions of viewers and views. According to sources, the book on filmmaking techniques written by him “Think Before Saying Action” is the first book of its kind in Hindi.
