How AIIITS make students employable in the current scenario of lack of employment

All India Institute of Integrated Technical Studies (AIIITS).

The institute was started by Ms. Piyali Sikder in 2012 after being into education industry for more 12 years and figuring out the challenges faced by today’s graduates in getting jobs in industry which justify their education, getting growth in career and having Job security, all because of their lack in technical Skills.

Since 2012 the institute has trained more than 10000 students and professionals and placed more than 5000 of them.

In the challenging time of lock down when everything was on halt, the institute moved from Classroom based training to Online mode so that training is not affected and not only served the existing students but reached out to more than 10 colleges and provided free technical training to students of colleges and provided job opportunities also.

Last month the institute completed 10 years in this industry and assured that it will come up with Skill based training for other Industries like Healthcare and Pharma industry so that a pool of skilled workforce is created to serve our industry and lead our society to a better version and make our nation a superpower of skills.

Also founder Ms. Piyali Sikder and Advisor Mr. Raj Sikder have showed confidence to build a Skill based University in days to come and train more than 10000 students and provide placement to all of them every year.
